内镜下胸肌止点移退法双平面隆乳术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨内镜辅助下胸肌止点移退法双平面隆乳术治疗胸部小乳症。方法：对于67例美容就医者行双平面隆乳术时，借助内窥镜将胸大肌下方与腹直肌、腹外斜肌、前锯肌的连接处做离断，同时将胸大肌与乳腺组织之间的纤维连接进行分离，使胸大肌部分上移，形成腔隙后置入乳房假体。结果：本组术后未出现血肿，感染、假体移位变形等并发症，术后随访6个月～2年，乳房外观美感好，美容就医者满意度高。结论：内镜下胸肌止点移退法双平面隆乳术对于小乳症具有很好的矫治效果，术后并发症少，可以推广应用。Objective To investigate the chest muscle point of withdrawal method under endoscopic in the dual-plane breastaugmentation surgery for the treatment of small breast disease. Methods The blow pectoralis major muscle membraneseparation of 67 cases of beauty medical treatment who had been operated by dual-plane breast augmentation surgery werebroken part connection with rectus abdominis, obliquus externus abdominis and serratus anterior. At the same time, thepectoralis major muscle membrane was separated with breast tissue, making the part of pectoralis major move up, and merging breast prosthesis after forming a prosthesis by the bed. Results There did not appear such as hematoma infection, translocationand deformation of prosthesis and so on in this group. Postoperative follow-up of 6 months to 2 years, the aesthetic appearanceof breast is good and the satisfaction of beauty medical treatment group is high. Conclusion The chest muscle point ofwithdrawal method under endoscopic in the dual-plane breast augmentation surgery for the treatment of small breast disease hasthe good treatment effect and less postoperative complications .It can be widely applied.
