摘　　要：目的:观察甲状舌管囊肿手术后采用胶原蛋白线缝合切口的疗效。方法:选择2015年1月-2016年5月在笔者科室采用手术治疗的甲状舌管囊肿患者38例,手术结束后用胶原蛋白线皮内缝合,术后3个月以温哥华瘢痕量表标准观察有无组织排异反应和术后瘢痕增生程度。结果:所有患者切口甲级愈合,无感染、裂开等并发症发生,温哥华瘢痕量表评分为0分。结论:使用胶原蛋白线缝合甲状舌管囊肿手术切口,术后愈合好,瘢痕小,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the application of collagen wire for incision of thyroglossal cyst. Methods 38 case ofpatients with thyroglossal cyst, treated by author from January 2015 to May 2016, incisions were sutured by collagen wire.With Vancouver scar scale as the standard, whether tissue rejections and the degree of postoperative scar hyperplasia wereobserved at 3 months after operation. Results All of the patients were healed, without complications, such as infection, wounddehiscence,etal.The rating scores of vancouver scar scale were 0. Conclusion Using collagen wire,the wound heals wellpastoperation of thyroglossal cyst,It's worthy of clinic application.
