脉冲染料激光和CO_2点阵激光联合曲安奈德治疗增生性瘢痕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨595nm脉冲染料激光和10600nmCO2点阵激光联合曲安奈德治疗增生性瘢痕的疗效。方法：收集笔者科室2013年1月-2016年7月使用595nm脉冲染料激光和10600nmCO2点阵激光联合曲安奈德治疗增生性瘢痕患者的临床资料，采用双盲法，根据疗效判定标准进行评估。结果：经过6～12个月的随访，45例增生性瘢痕患者，显效11例（占24.4%），有效29例（占64.4%），无效5例（占11.1%），有效率为88.8%。结论：595nm脉冲染料激光和10600nmCO2点阵激光联合曲安奈德治疗增生性瘢痕安全有效，且不良反应少，值得临床推广。Objective To assess the efficacy of triamcinolone combined 595nm pulsed dye laser and the 10 600nm CO2 latticeLaser for treatment of hypertrophic scars. Methods 45 patients who suffered from the hypertrophic scars which located on thetorso, limbs and face were treated with triamciolone combined with the 595 nm laser and lattice Laser. All patients come fromour department from January 2013 to July 2016. Clinical assessments of the scars height, redness and ect, with double blindmethod. Results Through 6-12 months following up, the significant effective patients was 11 cases (24.4%), the effectivepatients was 29 cases (64.4%), and the ineffective patients was 5 cases(11.1%). Conclusion The combination of triamcinoloneand 595nm pulsed dye laser and Lattice Laser for treatment of hypertrophic scars is a safe and effective therapy with lesscomplications, worth promoting.
