摘　　要：进入新常态以来,与全国一样,河南经济发展面临较大的下行压力。正确认识、主动适应、积极引领经济新常态,加快推进河南经济转型升级,对于河南稳增长、保态势,推进供给侧结构性改革,加快推进新型城镇化发展,推动中原更加出彩具有重要意义。Since entering the new normal, Henan's economic development faces relatively great downward pressure like the whole country. Correct understanding, actively adapt to and guide the new economic norm, and accelerate economic transformation and upgrading of Henan, have important significance to stabilize the growth and maintain the situation of Henan, promote the supply side structural reforms, accelerate the development of new urbanization, and promote the central plains become more outstanding.
