试论高师体育教育专业实习基地建设

摘　　要：当前,高等师范院校体育教育专业教育实习基地普遍存在数量不足、设施不够、资源有限、多部门间衔接不畅、指导教师工作不力、实习评价欠合理、实习科研缺失等问题。原因是多方面的,既有因发展综合性大学而使高校师范意识逐渐淡薄,又有因基地建设投入不足致使发展滞后等。为此,拟提出通过积极争取教育行政部门、实习基地学校和高校的合力支持,加大投入力度,建立优秀的指导教师队伍,强化实习科研等途径,从而推动体育教育专业实习基地科学发展。At present,the training bases construction of P.E.major in teachers’colleges usually suffer insufficient quantity,few facilities,limited resources,unsmooth connection between different departments,ineffective work of tutors,unreasonableinternship assessment and the shortage of internship R&D(research and development).Such is derived from multiple reasons.Forexample,the university would like to weaken the consciousness of the identity of teachers’college purposely,in order to developinto the comprehensive university;the investment on the base development is not sufficient and the base development still lagsbehind.Based on the above mentioned situation,this paper proposes to get support from administrative department of education,schools of practice base and universities,enhance investment,establish outstanding tutor team and strengthen the internship R&D.By doing so,the training bases for the physical education major can achieve scientific development.
