提升公众人文社会科学素养的意义与路径研究

摘　　要：针对目前公众人文社科素养呈现的不均衡状态、我国文化发展中的"重理轻文"现象以及公众普遍存在着的文化底蕴缺乏、现阶段人文素养实践应用缺乏等一系列问题,明确了人文社会科学知识的意义和用途以及合理利用有效的政策和途径,帮助公众提升人文素养。Promoting public quality of humanitic social science is essential in the development of the society and country,inbuilding cultural power,in achieving social justice and harmoniousness.Currently,in view of the imbalanced public quality ofhumanitic social science and the phenomenon of overemphasis on science and neglect of arts in our culture development,thewidespread lack of cultural background in the community and also the lack of applied practice in humanities are prevail at thepresent stage.This research cleared the meaning and purpose of humanitic social science,rationally and effectively utilizedpolicies and ways to help develop the public humanities ascension.The article proposes to mobilize all social forces especiallyuniversity libraries which have the talents,resources,advantages platforms to share the responsibility in promoting public qualityof humanitic social science.
