基于GIS的多规合一控制线检测分析及其应用

摘　　要：阐述了"多规合一""一张图"核心内容中控制线的概念、分类体系和数据标准;并运用ArcEngine10、ArcGIS Server10开发了控制线成果数据的质量监理、检测分析等功能;提出了基于控制线分类管控与建设工程项目业务流程整合的优化审批新模式,实现了项目由传统串联审批到并联审批的转变,达到了"流程整合、一门受理、信息共享、协同审批"的目标。The control line is the core content of One Map and Multi-plans to One. This paper introduced the conception, classification, and data standard of the control line at first. And then, the paper used Arc Engine10 and Arc GIS Server 10 to develop the functions of quality supervision, detection and analysis. Finally, based on the classifications of control lines and the business process integration of construction project, this paper put forward a new optimized approval mode, which could realize the change from series approval to parallel approval, and reach the goal of process integration,acceptance of a door, information sharing and collaborative approval.
