摘 要:以木瓜蛋白酶为模板,通过光催化法合成了光学性质稳定、生物相容性好的银纳簇。研究发现,将一定浓度的半胱氨酸加入银纳米簇和银离子的混合溶液后,混合溶液在365 nm处会出现一个等离子共振吸收峰,且与半胱氨酸的浓度有良好的线性关系。因此,建立了半胱氨酸的紫外吸收光谱分析法,实现了0.5μM^60.0μM浓度范围内半胱氨酸的定量测定,检出限达0.5μM。这种检测方法具有良好选择性,常见的生物小分子均不会对检测造成影响。Silver nanoclusters(AgNCs)with excellent photostability and biocompatibility have beensynthesized using photocatalysis method in which papain is used as a template.When cysteine(Cys)withcertain concentration is added into mixed solution of AgNCs and silver ions,a strong absorption band near365nm could be found in their absorption spectra owing to localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)ofproduced AgNCs.The absorbance changes at365nm have a good relationship with Cys concentration.Thepresent assay allows for the sensing of Cys in the range from0.5μM to60.0μM,with a limit of detection(LOD)as low as0.5μM.More importantly,this colorimetric method has high selectivity to Cys.Potentialinterferes,such as glucose and dopamine will not affect the detection of Cys.
