数字档案馆用户体验影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：文章基于技术接受模型、信息构建理论、信息质量认知理论与信息素质认知理论,探讨了数字档案馆的用户体验影响因素,利用AMOS软件建立结构方程模型,结合问卷调查数据进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:数字档案馆的感知有用性、感知易用性、信息构建、信息质量、用户需求满足以及信息素质对用户体验有正向影响,感知愉悦性对用户体验没有显著影响,信息构建对感知易用性与感知愉悦性有正向影响,信息质量对感知有用性有正向影响,信息素质对感知易用性有正向影响。基于上述研究结论探讨数字档案馆建设的实践启示。Based on technology adoption model and the theories of information architecture,information quality cognition and information literacy cognition, this paper discusses the influence factors of digital archives’user experience. Empirical analysis with questionnaire data and structural equation model by using AMOS is conducted. The findings indicate that user experience is positively influenced by digital archives’usefulness, ease of use, information architecture, information quality,need fulfillment and information literacy. Perceived enjoyment has no significant influence on user experience. Information architecture has positive influence on ease of use and perceived enjoyment.Information quality has positive influence on usefulness. And information literacy has positive influence on ease of use. Finally, some proposals are given to improve the construction of digital archives.
