广西贫困地区乡村旅游扶贫攻坚新模式探讨

摘　　要：新形势下旅游扶贫攻坚任务对乡村旅游扶贫模式提出了新的要求。在分析广西贫困地区基本情况和旅游扶贫基础条件的基础上,围绕重点突破和产业融合的扶贫原则,提出了适合广西贫困地区的两种新的模式,即特色旅游名村建设模式和旅游产业融合模式。特色旅游名村(屯)建设模式,是以一个村(屯)为对象,进行乡村旅游开发,它可以充分发挥旅游扶贫的示范引领作用,促进乡村旅游经济发展;而旅游产业融合发展模式则可以延长农村产业链,增加贫困人口就业,提高贫困人口收入,达到促使更多贫困人口脱贫致富的目的。New situation requires new poverty-alleviation program for rural tourism. Based on the analysis of basic situation and conditions of tourism in Guangxi poverty-alleviation areas, and with poverty-alleviation principle of breakthrough and co-integration, this paper puts forwards two new programs suitable for Guangxi poverty-stricken areas: one is specific tourism-village program which takes a village as the center to explore touristic resources in rural areas, and the other is co-integration program between tourism and industry which extends the industrial chain to the rural tourism villages so as to increase the income of the poor, and eventually achieve the goal of eliminating poverty.
