摘  要:在Q235钢表面,采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)技术制备了WC-10Co4Cr金属陶瓷涂层。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、万能试验机、显微维氏硬度计等设备对涂层的显微组织、成分、力学性性能进行研究。采用盐雾试验和电化学极化测试技术研究了WC-10Co4Cr涂层在含Cl^-环境中的腐蚀行为与电化学特性。结果表明,WC-10Co4Cr涂层组织均匀致密,涂层力学性能优异,结合强度平均值为71.03MPa,涂层平均显微硬度为1290.74HV0.3。盐雾试验384h后WC-10Co4Cr涂层表面生成了致密的腐蚀产物层,有效阻止了腐蚀介质的侵入,具有良好的长期防护效果。电化学测试结果表明,在含Cl^-环境中,WC-10Co4Cr涂层具有优异的耐腐蚀性能,能够对基体起到有效的保护作用。WC-10Co4Cr metal ceramic coating was produced on the surface of Q235steel by high velocity Oxyfuel(HVOF)spraying.The microstructure,composition,phase structure and mechanical properties of coatingswere studied by means of SEM,EDS,universal test machine,micro-Vickers sclerometer.The corrosion behaviorand electrochemical characteristics in containing Cl-environment of WC-10Co4Cr coatings were investigatedby salt spray test and electrochemical polarization test.The results indicated that:the WC-10Co4Cr coatingsobtained dense and uniform microstructures.The coating exhibited high mechanical properties,the average valueof adhesive strength of the coating was71.03MPa,the micro-hardness of the coatings was1290.74HV0.3.After384h of salt spray testing,the surface of WC-10Co4Cr coating was covered with a dense corrosion product layerwhich effectively isolated corrosion medium from the substrate,implying it has a long-term protective effect.Theresults of electrochemical polarization test indicated that WC-10Co4Cr coating has excellent corrosion resistancein containing Cl-environment.
