摘 要:根据西沙地区典型的热带海洋大气环境腐蚀的特点,建立了实验室模拟西沙海洋大气腐蚀的干湿循环交替加速腐蚀方法。通过实验室干湿循环交替加速试验研究,并结合腐蚀动力学特征、腐蚀产物及腐蚀电化学参数分析,探讨了Zn涂层和Zn-Al合金涂层在我国典型热带海洋地区大气暴露实验结果和室内加速腐蚀实验结果的相关性。结果表明:Zn涂层和Zn-Al合金涂层室内外腐蚀实验结果具有较好的相关性,可通过干湿循环交替加速实验模拟两种涂层在西沙海洋大气环境中的腐蚀行为,并对其在该地区的长期暴露试验结果进行一定程度的预测。According to t the typically tropical marine atmosphere corrosion features in Xisha area,it has beenset up an accelerated method of simulating to marine atmospheric corrosion by using wet/dry alternate test.Thecorrelation between atmosphere exposure in the tropical marine and the accelerated corrosion was studied from thedynamic characteristics,corrosion products and corrosion electrochemical parameters.The results show that thereexists a rather good the interrelation between simulating accelerated corrosion and atmospheric exposure corrosion.The alternating wet/dry cycle accelerated corrosion test can simulate the corrosion behavior of Zn coating and Zn-Al alloy coating in the tropical marine atmosphere,and predict the long term exposure test results in the area.
