摘 要:本文针对传统电弧喷涂存在的问题,提出全闭环数字控制电弧喷涂,将模拟量开环控制改为数字量全闭环控制,采用恒压喷涂,将同步送丝改为变速送丝,并由其控制喷涂电流,设计了相应电路,对电压-送丝速度-电流进行全闭环数字控制,使喷涂过程中电流波动明显减小,涂层质量显著提高。In order to resolve the problems of traditional arc spray,full closed loop digital control arc spray isinnovated in this paper,which uses digital full closed loop control instead of analog open loop control,sprayingunder invariable voltage,delivering wire with variable speed instead of synchronous speed,and controlling currentby the speed of delivering wire.Correlative circuits are designed in order to control voltage,speed of deliveringwire and current in full closed loop.As a result of this control,the current fluctuation gets smaller evidently,whichimproves the quality of the coat obviously.
