摘　　要：该文对液压铸铁件在铸造过程中容易出现且长期没有解决的问题进行了研究。在传统铸造工艺的基础上,应用和研究高效发热冒口、泡沫陶瓷过滤器、二次射砂等铸造新技术、新产品,解决了这些铸造难题。In this paper,the hydraulic pressure casting is easy to appear and for a long time in the process of casting not solve the problemare studied.On the basis of the traditional casting process,the application and research on the efficient hot riser,foam ceramic filter,secondaryshoot sand casting such as new technologies,new products,solve these casting problem.
