摘　　要：柱塞和滑靴做为柱塞泵中的重要组成元件,其滚包工艺一直以来是加工难题,该文以此为研究对象,利用有限元工艺仿真系统DEFORM软件,以现有产品工艺参数为依据,进行建模分析,对新产品工艺提供理论依托,并在实际生产中得到验证,为解决此难题提出新思路。Piston and slipper are the important components of piston pump.And their roll package technology has always been a difficultproblem in processing.As the research object of the study,with the finite element software-DEFORM,basing on the existing product parametersto modeling analysis,the craft solutions has been verified in actual production,and put forword a new way to solve this difficult problem.
