摘　　要：当代中国社会工作者应该具备理论把握、实务操作、学习训练、经验总结、报告撰写、资源链接、组织动员、人际沟通、文艺表演以及心理调适等十种专业能力。资源整合、社工督导以及主体社工三种模式是可以实际操作且行之有效的专业能力发展路径。Social workers in contemporary China should have ten kinds of professional competences includinggrasping theory,practical operation,learning and training,summarizing experience,writing report,linkingresources,organizing and mobilizing,interpersonal communication,theatrical performance and mentalaccommodation,and propose three developmental paths of professional competences including resourceintegration,social work supervision and social workers as subject.
