摘 要:目的:探讨终末期肾衰竭患者股动脉弹性的评估价值。方法:选取2012年1月~2015年6月收治的80例终末期肾衰竭患者为研究对象,按照透析方式不同分为血液透析组(36例)和腹膜透析组(44例)。另外选取单纯终末期肾衰竭未进行透析患者和健康体检者各40例为对照组和健康组。所有受试者均行血管回声跟踪技术检查。结果:4组IMT和AI组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血液透析组β、Ep高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:血管回声跟踪技术能定量评价不同透析方案下终末期肾衰竭患者股动脉血管弹性的改变,可作为终末期肾衰竭患者不同透析后血管疾病发生和发展的一项有临床意义的指标。Objective: To evaluate echo-tracking in arteria cruralis elasticity for patients with end-stage renal failure undergoing different dialysis schemes.Methods:80 patients with end-stage renal failure were divided into hemodialysis group (n=36) and peritoneal dialysis group (n=44) by dialysis schemes.40 patients with end-stage renal failure without dialysis and 40 cases undergoing health examination were selected as control group and healthy group. Femoral artery elasticity were evaluated with echo-tracking in all subjects.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in IMT and AI among four groups(P>0.05).While AC was significantly lower than healthy group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Echo-tracking technique can quantitatively evaluate the elasticity change of arteria cruralis for patients with end-stage renal failure undergoing different dialysis schemes,and can be used to monitor the occurrence and development of vascular diseases of the patients with end-stage renal failure undergoing different dialysis schemes.
