摘 要:目的:探讨磁共振(MRI)对膝关节半月板损伤的诊断价值。方法:选择笔者所在医院44例膝关节半月板损伤患者进行磁共振检查。结果:44例疑似膝关节半月板损伤患者49个膝关节,以关节镜检查为标准,MRI检查39个膝关节有半月板损伤,以关节镜检查为标准,MRI灵敏度为90.48%,特异度为85.71%,诊断符合率为89.80%,误诊率为14.29%,漏诊率为9.52%。MRI信号表现中,Ⅰ级损伤占9.52%,Ⅱ级损伤占25.40%,Ⅲ级损伤占65.08%。结论:MRI对膝关节半月板损伤诊断符合率较高,可作为该疾病的重要诊断方法。Objective: To study the value of MRI in diagnosing knee joint meniscus injury.Methods:44 cases of knee meniscus injury in our hospital were selected for magnetic resonance examination. Results:44 cases of patients with suspected meniscal injury of knee joints in 49 knee joints,with arthroscopy as standard,MRI examination of 39 knee meniscus injury by arthroscopy as standard,the sensitivity of MRI can reach 90.48%,specificity coulld reach 85.71%.The diagnostic coincidence ratewas 89.80%,the misdiagnosis rate was 14.29%,the misdiagnosis rate was 9.52%.MRI signal performance,grade I injury accounted for 9.52%,gradeⅡdamage accounted for 25.40%,grade Ⅲ injury accounted for 65.08%.Conclusion: MRI in the diagnosis of meniscus injury of the knee is higher,can be used as an important diagnostic method of the disease.
