异舒吉抢救冠心病急性左心衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的：研究异舒吉临床抢救冠心病急性左心衰竭的临床效果。方法：选择2014年3月～2016年3月我院确诊并收治的冠心病急性左心衰竭患者60例，根据异舒吉用药策略分为2组：观察组30例应用异舒吉静脉推注，对照组30例采用异舒吉微量静脉泵注，比较两组的抢救效果与不良反应。结果：观察组的抢救总有效率为96.67%，显著高于对照组的80.00%（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组HR、SBP及DBP均较治疗前显著降低（P＜0.05），但组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组LVEF均显著提高（P＜0.05），且观察组显著高于对照组（P＞0.05）；观察组的症状缓解时间、HR降低10%时间、pro-BNP下降30%时间以及pro-BNP复常时间均显著短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：异舒吉静脉推注抢救冠心病急性左心衰竭能够缩短起效时间，提高抢救成功率，且不良反应少，可作为临床状态较差患者的首选抢救方法。Objective: To study the clinical effect of isoket in rescue &treatment of coronary heart disease in patients with acute left heart failure.Methods:During March 2014~March 2015,and admitted to our hospital diagnosed 60 cases of coronary heart disease in patients with acute heart failure,according to Isoket drug strategy is divided into two groups: observation group of 30 patients were treated with intravenous Isoket bolus injection,the control group of 30 patients using micro Isoket intravenous infusion were compared with the adverse effects of the rescue. Results: observation group total effective ratewas 96.67%,significantly higher than the 80.00% (P<0.05); After treat ment,HR,SBP and DBP significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05),but the comparison between groups the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After treatment,LVEF in he two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05),and the observation group was statistically higher thanthe control group(P>0.05); The symptom relief time,time of HR reduced by 10%,time of pro-BNP decreased by 30%,pro-BNPrecovery time in observation group was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Isoket bolus rescue coronary heart disease acute left ventricular failure can be shortened onset time,improve the success rate and fewer adverse reactions,can be used as a poor clinical status of patients preferred method of rescue.
