2型糖尿病并焦虑状态应用桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗2型糖尿病并焦虑状态的临床疗效。方法:选择104例2型糖尿病并焦虑患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各52例,对照组给予降糖治疗,观察组给予降糖及桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗。结果:观察组治疗后血糖水平、焦虑自评量表评分、症状自评量表等均优于对照组患者,对比有明显差异。结论:桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗2型糖尿病并焦虑状态,可明显改善患者焦虑状态,降低血糖。Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of application of Guizhi Longgu Muli decoction in treatment of type 2 diabetes with anxiety. Methods: 104 cases of type 2 diabetes with anxiety,were randomly divided into observation group (52cases) and control group(52 cases),hypoglycemic therapy was given to the control group,the observation group given hypoglycemic and Guizhi Longgu Muli decoction in treatment.Results:The blood glucose level,self rating anxiety scale and symptom self rating scale of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and there were significant differences.Conclusion:Guizhi Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with anxiety,can obviously improve the anxiety state of the patients,reduce blood sugar.
