安脑丸联合枸橼酸坦度螺酮治疗耳鸣患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨安脑丸联合枸橼酸坦度螺酮治疗耳鸣患者的临床疗效。方法：选取我科2014年7月～2015年6月门诊因焦虑、抑郁致耳鸣患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，分别给予安脑丸联合枸橼酸坦度螺酮和口服枸橼酸坦度螺酮治疗，且治疗前后分别用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和焦虑量表（HAMA）评分及耳鸣主观评价。结果：经过8周1疗程治疗后，观察组的总有效率明显优于对照组（80．0%VS63.3%，P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组的HAMD及HAMA评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组的患者满意度80%高于对照组的56.7%。结论：安脑丸联合枸橼酸坦度螺酮应用于合并焦虑抑郁的耳鸣患者治疗效果显著，还改善伴随的焦虑和抑郁状态。Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of tandospirone and annao pill in treating tinnitus patients.Methods:In our hospital from July 2014 June ~2015 clinic for anxiety and depression caused 60 cases of tinnitus were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group,were treated with Annao pill combined with tandospirone citrate and oral tandospirone citrate treatment before and after treatment respectively with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and anxiety scale (HAMA) score and subjective tinnitus.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (80.0% VS 63.3%,P<0.05). The HAMD andHAMA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Patients in the observation groupwas 80% higher than that of the control group 56.7%.Conclusion:Annao pill combined with tandospirone citrate should be used for treatment of tinnitus patients with anxiety depression were also improved with anxiety and depression.
