摘　　要：目的:观察清脂颗粒治疗中重度脂肪肝病变的临床效果。方法:纳入笔者所在医院住院部收治111例中重度脂肪肝患者,根据患者所采取治疗方法进行分组。对照组用荷丹片联合硫普罗宁治疗,观察组用清脂颗粒治疗。对比观察两组患者在临床疗效、肝功指标、血脂指标方面的差异。结果:对比两组患者临床疗效差异,观察组为96.49%(55/57),显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组AST、ALT、GGT检出值均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学方面意义(P<0.05)。结论:清脂颗粒治疗中重度脂肪肝的疗效确切,可改善患者肝功、血脂指标。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qingzhi granules in treatment of moderate to severe fattyliver disease.Methods: Ministry admitted to our hospital with moderate to severe fatty liver in 111 patients,the treatmentgroup patients according to the approach taken.Combined with the control group were treated with tiopronin &Hedantablets,observation group were treated with Qingzhi granules.Clinical efficacy,liver function,blood lipid indicators betweenthe two groups of patients were conpared.Results: The difference in clinical efficacy compared two groups of patients in theobservation group was 96.49% (55/57),significantly higher,the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).Observationgroup AST,ALT,GGT detection values were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statisticallysignificance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of Qingzhi granules in the treatment of moderate to severe fatty liverexactly,can improve patients' liver function,serum lipids.
