摘 要:目的:建立银杏叶多种口服制剂的指纹图谱,利用黄酮苷峰面积比评价及控制其质量。方法:用HPLC色谱法,色谱柱Inertsil ODS-3 C18,检测波长360nm,以中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统分析,对比分析特征性黄酮类成分。结果:通过相似度及特征色谱峰比例制定了区分样品质量的限度。结论:本研究方法简便、重复性良好,适用于不同剂型银杏叶口服制剂指纹图谱的建立及不同制剂质量评价。Objective: To establish the fingerprint of various oral preparations of Ginkgo biloba leaves,and to evaluate and control the quality of the area ratio of flavonoid glycosides. Methods:The characteristics of the flavonoids were compared and analyzed by HPLC with Inertsil ODS-3 C18 column and the traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system. The detection wavelength was 360 nm. Results: The limit of the quality of the sample was established by the similarity and the proportion of the characteristic peaks.Conclusion: The method is simple and reproducible,and can be used to establish the fingerprints of Ginkgo biloba leaves in different dosage forms and the quality evaluation of different preparations.
