高剂量阿托伐他汀降脂治疗老年冠心病80例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨高剂量阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病的效果。方法:收治冠心病患者80例,按处方剂量将其分为3组,1组接受阿托伐他汀10 mg/d治疗,2组接受阿托伐他汀20 mg/d治疗,观察组接受阿托伐他汀40 mg/d治疗。结果:治疗后观察组患者甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇等指标水平显著优于1组、2组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组斑块厚度显著低于1组、2组水平(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀40 mg/d降脂治疗老年冠心病疗效确切,安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the effect of high dose atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease in elderlypatients.Methods:80patients with coronary heart disease were selected.They were divided into3groups according to theprescription dose.The group1were treated with atorvastatin10mg/d;the group2received atorvastatin20mg/d treatment;theobservation group received atorvastatin40mg/d treatment.Results:After the treatment,the triglyceride,high density lipoproteincholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol and other indicators of the patients in the observation group weresignificantly better than those of the group1and group2(P<0.05);the thickness of plaque in the observation group wassignificantly lower than that of the group1and the group2(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin40mg/d lipid lowering treatment forelderly patients with coronary heart disease is effective,safe and reliable.
