空心加压螺钉内固定术结合自体富血小板血浆治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨空心加压螺钉内固定术结合自体富血小板血浆治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法:收治中青年股骨颈骨折患者76例,随机分为两组。对照组给予空心加压螺钉内固定术治疗,观察组给予空心加压螺钉内固定结合自体富血小板血浆治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组不良情况发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈总率及总优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:空心加压螺钉内固定术结合自体富血小板血浆治疗中青年股骨颈骨折患者的疗效更显著,并发症更少。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of hollow compression screws internal fixation combined with autologousplatelet rich plasma in the treatment of young patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:76cases of young patients with femoralneck fracture were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with hollow compression screws internalfixation.The observation group was treated with hollow compression screws internal fixation combined with autologous plateletrich plasma.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The healing rate of the observation group was significantlyhigher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events of the observation group was significantly lower than thatof the control group(P<0.05).The total excellent and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hollow compression screws internal fixation combined with autologous platelet rich plasma inthe treatment of young patients with femoral neck fracture had more significant curative effect and less complications.
