摘　　要：目的:分析环甲膜切开术在救治喉阻塞中的临床意义。方法:对6例喉阻塞患者给予紧急治疗。结果:4例患者行环甲膜切开术,抢救成功;2例患者未行环甲膜切开术,抢救失败。结论:对于Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度喉阻塞病例的抢救,环甲膜切开术应作为首选预案。Objective:To analyze the clinical significance of cricothyroid laryngotomy in the treatment of laryngeal obstruction.Methods:6patients with laryngeal obstruction were given emergency treatment.Results:4patients were given cricothyroidlaryngotomy,and the rescue was success.2patients were not given cricothyroid laryngotomy,and the rescue was failure.Conclusion:For the rescue ofⅢdegree,Ⅳdegree laryngeal obstruction,the cricothyroid laryngotomy should be used as the preferred plan.
