摘  要:目的:探讨人性化护理管理对改善新生儿科小儿哭闹的效果。方法:收治治疗时的哭闹新生儿96例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规干预措施,观察组给予人性化护理管理,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组控制哭闹总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿哭闹过程中应用人性化护理管理,可有效控制患儿哭闹情况,护理效果明显。Objective:To explore the effect of humanized nursing management on improving the child's crying in newborndepartment.Methods:96cases of newborn infants with crying were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was givenroutine treatment.The observation group was given humanized nursing management.The clinical effect of the two groups wascompared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higherthan that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanizednursing management in the children with crying could control the situation of the child's crying effectively and the nursing effectwas obvious.
