成人乙肝疫苗主动接种影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析主动接种乙肝疫苗在成年人中的影响因素。方法:随机抽取成年人605例,采用调查问卷的方式询问有关主动接种乙肝疫苗的问题,如数收回问卷。结果:发放问卷605份,收回有效问卷605份。其中,自己主动接种62例,由父母陪同接种30例,为响应单位和国家要求接种的57例,接种过乙肝疫苗的149例。单因素分析表明,更容易主动接种疫苗的因素包括:所处的生活环境较好、家庭经济水平较高、周围的环境中有乙肝患者、自身文化水平较高、对乙肝知识的理解较透彻以及多由父母陪同的年龄较小的孩子等。多因素方面的影响主要包括人们受教育的程度、经常和他人共同进餐、生活用品共用的情况等,其中,受教育程度越高,文化水平就越高,对乙肝的了解也越多,三者呈正相关。结论:影响成年人主动接种乙肝疫苗的因素主要是经济生活水平、受教育程度及对乙肝的了解深度等。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of active vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine in adults.Methods:605caseswere randomly selected,and the questionnaire was used to inquire about the question of active vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine,then the questionnaire was collected.Results:A total of605questionnaires were issued,and605of the total assembly wererecovered.Among them,the initiative inoculation in62cases;30cases were accompanied by their parents;57cases werevaccinated in response to unit and national requirements;149cases of hepatitis B vaccine were vaccinated.Single factor analysisshowed that the factors are more likely to active vaccination include:the living environment was better;the family economic levelwas higher;there were hepatitis B patients surrounding the environment;high level of their own culture;a thorough understanding ofthe knowledge of hepatitis B and more from the parents to accompany the younger children and so on.The impact of many factorsincluding the degree of education;often dine with others;living supplies sharing situation and so on.Among them,the higher theeducation level,the higher the level of culture,the more understanding of hepatitis B,the three indicators were positively correlated.Conclusion:The main factors that influence the active immunization of hepatitis B vaccine are the economic living standard,theeducation level and the depth of hepatitis B knowledge and so on.
