平焰燃烧器应用于小型工业炉的实验研究

摘  要:针对实验室现有的小型燃气室式炉自行设计平焰燃烧器及其燃气和空气管路,搭建工业炉热性能测试的试验台架,通过不同工况下的实验测试,对燃气炉的热平衡及温度分布等性能进行了研究和分析。结果表明,燃气炉的热效率略大于20%,热效率比较低的主要原因是燃气炉的烟气余热没有得到利用;炉膛内的温度不均匀性很大,其原因主要是烟气出口位置布置的问题和燃气炉没有达到热平衡。A disc-flame burner with gas and air piping for the small gas furnace existing in laboratory is designed, and a thermal performance test bench for industrial furnace is built. The properties of the gas furnace such as thermal balance and temperature distribution were experimentally researched and analyzed by testing under different conditions. The results show that the inhomogeneity of temperature is large, the reason is the improper arrangement of flue gas outlet location as well as the failure achieving of thermal balance; the thermal efficiency is just a little over 20%, the main reason is the waste heat hasn’t been utilized.
