摘 要:对步进式加热炉的散热损失进行了理论计算和数值模拟分析,通过选取工况较为复杂、分布较多烧嘴的炉顶均热段作为研究对象,模拟数据与实测数据误差为5%以内,表明了计算方法的可靠性与准确性,并以此为基础对加热炉炉体进行散热损失的计算,计算结果表明:炉顶的散热损失占炉体总散热损失的58.21%,大于炉墙和炉底散热量总和,表明炉顶具有更大的节能潜力。This article is to analyze the heat loss of walking beam reheating furnace by the means of theoretical computation and numerical simulation, because of soaking zone have a lot of burners and the condition is complex, so we select it as subject in the study.The deviation between simulated and measured data is less than 5%, it means reliability and accuracy of theoretical computation. On the basis of the computation, we calculate the heat loss of the furnace.The result shows that the furnace top^ heat loss accounted for 58.21% of total heat loss, and it is greater than the sum of furnace wall or bottom, it means the furnace top has greater energy saving potential.
