摘　　要：在全国各大城市兴起建设城市副中心的背景下,作为专业的科技情报服务单位,总结了日本典型的城市副中心建设的概况与经验。日本城市副中心分为综合型和功能主导型,后者又分为行政主导型和商务办公型,按照这一分类,对各副中心的地理位置、土地规划和使用、产业布局、机构、人口等情况进行介绍,并在此基础上总结了日本城市副中心建设的一般经验和特色管理经验。In the context of the rise of urban sub-centers in China’s major cities,this institute as a professional service unit of scientific and technical information,summs up the general situation and experience of the typical urban sub-centers in Japan in particular.Japan’s City Subsidiary-Centers are divided into comprehensive ones and functional ones,and the latter are further divided into administrative dominated ones and business office ones.According to this classification,this paper introduces the sub-centres,such as the geographical position of land planning and use,industrial distribution,institutions and population.On this basis,it also summs up the general experience and the characteristic management experience of these urban sub-centers in Japan.
