摘　　要：公平正义,是人类社会世代以来不懈追求和奋斗的目标,也是中国共产党人一贯的价值追求。自新中国成立以来,中央一直重视社会主义公平正义观建设,在党中央五代领导集体下,形成了不同时期的社会主义公平正义思想。公平正义作为中国特色社会主义建设的题中应有之义,符合社会主义价值观,我们要以此为指导,不断推进社会主义公平正义观的发展。Fairness and justice are the goals of hum an society's persistent pursuit and effo rt,an d also the value pursuit of Chinese com m unists. Since the establishm ent of the People's Republic of C hina, the central government has alw ays attached im portance to the construction of socialism fairness and justice, and form ed the views of socialism fairness and justice in different periods under the five generations of central collective leadership. Fairness and justice conform to the socialism values in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
