浅析老年糖尿病合并脑梗塞的护理体会

摘　　要：目的研究分析老年糖尿病合并脑梗塞的临床护理方式,为临床护理工作提供参考。方法根据该院2013年10月—2015年10月的80例糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者来进行研究分析,对患者使用常规护理,增加饮食控制,血糖控制,心理护理等内容。对患者治疗前后的空腹血糖值及ESS评分进行分析。结果经过护理后,患者的空腹血糖水平及ESS评分比治疗前显著改善,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者接受护理干预后,其血糖控制更加优秀,ESS评分有所提升,患者的生活质量显著改善。Objective To study the clinical nursing methods of elderly patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction,and to provide reference for clinical nursing work. Methods According to our hospital from October 2013 to October2015 80 cases of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction patients to study and analysis, the use of conventionalnursing in patients with increased blood glucose control, diet control and psychological nursing etc. The fasting blood glucoselevel and ESS score were analyzed before and after treatment. Results After nursing, patients' fasting blood glucoselevel and ESS score were significantly improved than before treatment, and the results were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with diabetes combined with cerebral infarction were treated with nursing intervention, the control of blood glucose was more excellent, the ESS score was improved, and the quality of life of patients was improved significantly.
