摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病合并缺血性中风患者的临床护理方式。方法根据2012年10月—2013年10月该院的50例糖尿病合并缺血性中风老年患者来进行研究分析,护理内容有心理护理、饮食护理,跌倒预防等等。结果经过护理后,共有21例显效,比例为42%,27例有效,比例为54%,2例无效,比例为4%。结论糖尿病合并缺血性中风患者使用有效护理对患者的病情有较大改善,能够让患者客服恐惧和害怕,降低患者的血糖水平,让患者尽快的出院,临床中的护理效果非常理想,可以进行推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing methods of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with ischemic stroke. Methods From October 2012 to October 2013, 50 cases of diabetic patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital were analyzed, the content of nursing care, diet care, fall prevention and so on. Results After care, a total of 21cases were markedly effective, the proportion was 27, 54% cases were effective, the proportion was 2, 42% cases were invalid,the proportion was 4 % . Conclusion Diabetic patients with ischemic stroke using effective nursing has greatly improved on the condition of the patient, can make the patients fear and fear, to reduce the blood sugar level, let patients discharged as soon as possible, in the clinical nursing effect is very ideal, can promote the use of.
