摘　　要：目的分析整体护理对急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的临床效果。方法选取2015年7月—2016年7月间在该院收治的急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者资料114例,分为2组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组给予整体护理干预,分析两组临床疗效及护理满意度。结果观察组总有效率96.5%高于对照组总有效率80.7%,且总满意率94.7%高于对照组78.9%(P<0.05)。结论急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒实施整体护理效果显著,并能提高患者对护理的满意度。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of holistic nursing for emergency patients with diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods 114 cases of emergency patients with diabetic ketoacidosis in our hospital were selected from July 2015 -2016 July,the patients were divided into 2 groups, the control group with routine nursing, the observation group was given nursingintervention, and the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 80.7% higher than that of the control group, the total effective rate was 94.7%, and the total satisfaction rate was 78.9% higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Diabetic ketoacidosis emergency holistic nursing care has a significant effect, and can improve the patients' satisfaction to nursing.
