摘　　要：在全球化背景下,医疗旅游已经进入快速发展繁荣的阶段。国外医疗旅游的发展起步较早,对医疗旅游的研究也较为成熟。文章首先对国外医疗旅游研究的文献进行系统梳理和分析,从时空维度揭示国外医疗旅游研究的发展状况;其次,从医疗旅游的概念界定、医疗旅游市场形成的动因、医疗旅游的产品类型、医疗旅游产业的特性、医疗旅游发展的环境影响五大方面对国外医疗旅游研究领域进行了归纳和评述;最后,在系统分析的基础上为中国医疗旅游的研究方向和研究重点提出一定的参考和借鉴。Against a background of globalization, medical tourism has been developing rapidly. Medical tourism started earlier in foreign countries? and the studies of medical tourism is relatively mature.This paper first systematically analyzes the literature of medical tourism in foreign countries and reveals the development in different countries from time and space dimensions. Second, the paper summarizes andreviews the international medical tourism from five expects, including the definition of the concept of medicaltourism, the reason of formation of medical tourism market, the types of medical tourism products? thefeatures of medical tourism industry? and the environmental effects of medical tourism. Finally,the authors propose some measures to the development of medical tourism in China and give some suggestions to the further study of medical tourism at home.
