摘  要:[目的]观察振动筛孔雾化方法在有创机械通气病人中的应用效果。[方法]将我院呼吸科监护室2015年7月—2015年11月收治的呼吸衰竭气管插管机械通气病人40例随机分为两组,观察组(n=20)应用振动筛孔雾化器进行雾化吸入,对照组(n=20)应用常规空气压缩泵进行雾化吸入,比较两组病人雾化过程中呼吸频率、潮气量、气道峰压、动态顺应性的差异和两组雾化时间、操作时间、呼吸机报警次数和药液残留量差异。[结果]振动筛孔雾化方法对病人的潮气量、呼吸频率、气道峰压、动态顺应性影响较小,雾化前与雾化中比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组操作时间、雾化时间明显缩短,报警次数、药液残留量减少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]振动筛孔雾化器使用方便、快捷,雾化时间短,能有效减少药物残留。Objective:To observe the application effect of vibration sieve atomization method for patients with invasive mechanical ventilation.Methods:A total of 40 cases of respiratory failure patients treated by mechanical ventilation in our hospital from July 2015 to November 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in observation group(n=20)adopted atomizer inhalation vibration sieve.The patients in control group(n=20)used conventional air compressor pump atomizing inhalation.Then the difference of respiratory rate,tidal volume,peak airway pressure,dynamic compliance between two groups and the atomization time,operation time,the number of ventilator alarm and liquid residue were compared between both groups.Results:The influence of vibration sieve atomization method was less on tidal volume,respiratory rate,peak airway pressure,and dynamic complian,and the difference has no statistical significance before atomization and during atomization(P>0.05).The operation time,atomization time in observation group were significantly shorten,the number of alarms and the amount of drug residue were reduced,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Vibration sieve atomizer was convenient and quick to use,atomization time was short,could effectively reduce drug residue.
