太极推手发展现状研究——以上海体育学院为例

摘　　要：太极推手是武术对抗项目之一,为了了解该项目当前发展的现状,瞻望太极推手发展趋向。文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法并以上海体育学院为例,对太极推手发展近况进行研究,认为目前太极推手比赛在运动员体能、技术方法等方面均有不足之处,需要不断完善其教学训练、竞赛制度、技术和科研等体系,使得太极推手这项赋有民族传统特色的运动对抗项目继续受益于大众。Taiji pushing hands is one of Wushu fight sport.In order to understand the status quo for the development of the sport,behold Taiji pushing hands development trend,this paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire surveyand other research methods and takes Shanghai University of Sports as an example,studies the recent development of Taiji pushinghands,thinks Taiji pushing hands has shortcomings,in terms of player’s physical ability,technical methods,needs to constantlyimprove the system of the teaching training,competition,technology and scientific research system,such as making traditional Taijipushing hands endowed with national characteristics continue to benefit to mass sports.
