摘 要:武术套路运动中腰部是易疲劳损伤的部位之一,而目前有关"腰损伤"的研究相对较少且不是很完善,腰部又在武术套路剧烈的运动中易承受较大的压力而导致许多的训练损伤。文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、对比研究法、归纳总结法等方法对近年来武术运动中最常见的腰损伤,如急性腰损伤和慢性腰损伤等相关问题进行深入研究,并结合运动生理、运动训练和康复治疗等相关知识进行分析和总结,并提出了一些合理的防护措施与建议,从而为科学进行武术套路运动的教学与训练、提高运动成绩和水平,以及预防和治疗"腰损伤"提供了一定的理论指导,旨在为以后的武术运动提供借鉴。The waist is one of fatigue damage part in Wushu routine sport,and about'waist injury,'the studies are relatively lessand not very perfect.Waist in wushu in strenuous exercise is easily under pressure and easy leading to a lot of training injuries.So,the paper,using literature information,and logic analysis methods,and compared research,and antibody summary,methods,studieson recent years Wushu routine sport about the most common waist injuries,such as acute waist injuries and chronic waist injuries,related problems,and combines movement physiological,and movement Anatomy,and movement training and rehabilitationtreatment,related knowledge for more in-depth analysis and summary,and proposes some reasonable of protection measuresand recommends for Wushu routine scientific teaching and training,and for improving sport competition results and level,andpreventing and treating'waist injuries'to provide the theoretical guidance and reference.
