武术竞赛新规则下散打摔法技术的发展趋势

摘　　要：散打竞赛新规则不仅对散打运动摔法技术的影响是全面而深刻,而且还体现了散打技术继承与发展的辩证关系。对新旧散打竞赛规则的对比分析、同时对新规则中相关变化条款进行研究。运用文献资料法、录像观察法、访谈法、逻辑分析法对新规则下散打摔法技术的发展趋势进行相关研究。指出散打新规则的"双方倒地"、"消极5秒"、"消极搂抱"、"胜负判定的改变"对散打摔法技术有很大的促进作用,同时也提高了散打运动摔法的激烈性、竞争性、欣赏性。结果显示:新竞赛规则下散打摔法技术的趋势是预兆小、力量大、速度快、方法巧。Sanda competition of the new rules not only impact on the sanda sport wrestling techniques is a comprehensive andprofound,but also reflect the dialectical relationship between inheritance and development.Using the literature material law,videoobservation method,interview method,logic analysis of the trend of the development of sanda wrestling techology under the newrules were studied.Through to the old and new sanda competition rules of comparative analysis,at the same time of the new rulesin relevant terms is studied.Points out that the new rules of sanda'both sides fall on the ground','negative5seconds','negativecuddle','change of the outcome determine'to the sanda wrestlin techology have a great progress in promoting,and improves thesanda sport wrestling an intense,competitive,appreciating.Research suggests that:under the new rules of the contest is the trend ofsanda wrestling techniques:sign is small,large power,high peed,method coincidence.
