浅析形意拳的智慧——以形意拳中崩拳为例

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法和专家访谈法,以形意拳中崩拳为例,从套路角度、技术动作角度、应敌技法角度分析了形意拳与阴阳理论、象形取意、整体思维、兵家思想等中国传统文化思想的联系,展现了作为四大名拳之一的形意拳所具有的独特的文化魅力。This paper with the methods of literature and expert interview, takes Bengquan (a kind of fighting skill with sudden attacking power) as an example, from the views of formula, technology, to analyses Xingyiquan technique and the theory of Yin and Yang, the shape and the meaning, the overall thinking, the thoughts of military schoool and other Chinese traditional thoughts, to show the unique cultural charm of Xingyiquan as one of the four big famous Wushu schools.
