新疆师范大学公共体育武术选修课教学现状与对策研究

摘　　要：武术是一项优秀的传统体育项目,既有形式多样,风格迥异的动作技术,又有谦虚谨慎,奋发图强的人文精神,武术正受到世界各国人民的喜爱。为促进新疆师范大学公共体育武术选修课的良好发展,首先,应完善武术教学场地及设施,并对外免费向学生开放,激发学生的习武兴趣。第二,丰富教学内容,完善教学模式。增加学生感兴趣的教学内容,将武术表演形式融入到教学内容中。第三,加强师资队伍建设,提高教师的科研能力,组织教师外出学习交流、进修。第四,创建武术专业队,组织校园武术比赛和武术表演,鼓励武术社团活动,促进武术在校园中的普及开展。Wushu is an outstanding traditional sport item,both forms,different styles of action,modest and prudent,humanisticspirit of self-improvement,Wushu is loved by people all over the world.To promote Xinjiang Normal University public sportWushu elective course have a good development,first of all,we should improve Wushu teaching venues and facilities,and open tostudents free,to stimulate students'interest in Wushu;secondly,we should enrich the teaching content,improve teaching mode,to increase students'interest in the teaching content,melting Wushu performances into the teaching content;thirdly,we shouldstrengthen the construction of teaching staff,improve teachers'scientific research ability,organize teachers to go out to learn andcommunicate,study;fourthly,we should create a professional Wushu team,organizing campus Wushu competitions and Wushuperformance,to encourage community activities,to promote the popularization of Wushu in campus.
