摘　　要：历史村镇的保护已经成为我国城乡协调发展的重要环节,本文在田野调查的基础上,以上海市浦东新区新场古镇为例,分析了历史村镇保护和开发中存在着经济基础薄弱、原住民文化流失、城乡功能定位模糊等问题,提出应根据文化-经济-生态协同发展的保护性开发模式,以多产业联动方式,提升地方经济竞争力;激励社会各界广泛参与,重塑地方文化认同;改善区域生态环境,优化新场古镇功能,将古镇保护融入区域综合发展的顶层设计之中。The development of historic towns is an important part of the relationship between the city and rural area. Based on the field research, the paper studied the weakness of local economy, the loss of aboriginal culture and the chaotic functions between urban and rural area, according to the case of Xinchang in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. And proposed a protective development mode. In a multi-industry way, enhance the competitiveness of the local economy;encourage broad participation of all sectors of society, reshape the local cultural identity; improve regional ecological environment, optimize the function of Xinchang Town, and put it into the top-level design of the regional comprehensive development.
