摘  要:目的:探讨1例有机硫农药中毒致吸入性肺炎的抗感染治疗实践,以优化治疗效果。方法:临床药师积极参与吸入性肺炎整个抗感染治疗过程,对病原菌的评估、抗菌药物的选择、剂量和疗程及辅助检查方案提出合理化建议,关注患者药物反应和各脏器功能的恢复。结果:病情很快得到控制,治疗过程顺利,未见明显药物不良反应,避免了抗菌药物的过量应用。结论:临床药师参与抗感染治疗工作可优选抗菌药物,提高疗效,减少滥用,规避不良反应,促进患者康复。Objective: To investigate the anti-infection effect of 1 cases of inhalation pneumonia caused by organic sulfur pesticide poisoning in order to optimize the efficacy of treatment. Methods: Clinical pharmacist participated in anti-infection treatment of aspiration pneumonia, and the evaluation of pathogenic bacteria, the choice of antibiotics, the dose and the course of treatment and the auxiliary examination plan are put forward. The patients' drug reaction and recovery of the organ function is concerned. Results: The disease is quickly controlled, the treatment process is smooth and has no obvious adverse drug reactions, but also avoid the excessive use of antibiotics. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of anti-infection can optimize the use of antibiotics, improve efficacy, reduce abuse, avoid adverse reactions, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
