以甲状腺功能减退症合并全身性水肿、肺动脉高压为首发表现的POEMS综合征1例报道

摘　　要：报道1例有甲状腺功能减退症病史16年的患者,因水肿1年就诊,完善检查发现患者存在肺动脉高压、多浆膜腔积液、脾脏肿大、高泌乳素血症。在常规抗心力衰竭治疗后患者水肿无好转,进一步完善免疫固定电泳及骨髓细胞学检查后明确诊断为POEMS综合征。This paper reported1case of POEMS syndrome with16-year hypothyroidism.The patient came to our hospital due to edema for1year.Afterperfect inspection,we found the patient had pulmonary hypertension,multiple serous cavity effusion,spleen enlargement and high serum prolactin.Butafter the conventional anti heart failure treatment,there was no improvement in the patient with edema.Finally after the electrophoresis and bone marrowcytology,the patient was diagnosed as POEMS syndrome.
