摘 要:分析汽车用不锈钢各牌号的耐蚀性差异与影响耐蚀性的因素。采用GB/T 20854-2007中的试验条件进行不锈钢循环腐蚀试验,试验共进行180个循环(1440h),试验结束后观察试片的表面状态。经过180个循环盐雾试验后,不锈钢的耐蚀性由高到低依次为:316-BA>304-8K>304-BA>436L-2D>441-2D>439-2D>430-BA>409L-2D。奥氏体不锈钢耐蚀性普遍高于铁素体不锈钢;表面状态等级越高则耐蚀性越高;防腐蚀作用的元素含量与种类越多则耐蚀性越高,以上结论可为不锈钢在整车排气系统和内外饰系统的选材提供依据。For various grades of stainless steel, automobiles use, both the difference of corrosion resistance and influence factors are analyzed. The cyclic corrosion test of stainless steel was carried out.Under the Test conditions of GB/T 20854-2007, the test was carried out for 180 cycles (1440h). When the test was finished, the surface condition of the specimen was observed. After 180 cycles of salt spray test, the corrosion resistance presents in the order from high to low is : 316-BA> 304-8K> 304-BA> 436L-2D> 441-2D> 439-2D> 430-BA> 409L-2D. The corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel is generally higher than that of ferrite stainless steel. The higher the surface condition grade is, the better the corrosion resistance is; the more the element content and kind contain, the better the corrosion resistance is. The test Provide the basis of material selection in the use of exhaust and interior & exterior decoration system.
