摘　　要：目的为高校医学图书馆文献资源建设、业务流程优化、用户行为研究、读者服务提升提供参考。方法应用Excel 2010统计分析Aleph500自动化管理系统中提取的2013-2015年本科生、研究生、留学生、教师等读者类型产生的流通借阅数据。结果 2013-2015年到馆人数及借阅册数呈现下降趋势,3、9月份借阅数量比较突出,借阅时段呈现10:00、16:00、18:00和20:00等4个高峰,借阅图书类别集中在R、I、H等类,各学科学生借阅偏好具有明显的规律性。结论高校医学图书馆可以采取加大自助服务宣传,根据到馆借阅情况调整人力资源,加强馆藏资源建设,注重馆舍空间改造及环境布置等一系列相应措施。Objective To provide references for the resources construction of university libraries, business process optimization, user behavior research, and reader service improvement. Methods Excel 2010 was used to analyse the circulation data of 2013-2015 undergraduate, graduate students, international students, teachers and other readers from the Aleph 500 automated management system. Results In 2013-2015, there were downward trends of the numbers of visitors and the borrowed books. The numbers of borrowed books were more prominent in March and September. Lending period presented 10:00, 16:00, 18:00 and 20:00 four peaks. Book categories mainly focused on R, I, H, and so on. There were obvious regularities of borrowing preferences ofstudents of various subjects. Conclusion Libraries of medical colleges and universities can increase self-service publicity, adjust human resources according to the borrowing situation, strengthen the construction of library resources, and pay attention to the reconstruction of the space and the arrangement of the environment.
