摘 要:为了分析水热氧化法制备的氢氧化铝对高氯酸盐的吸附性能,开展了氢氧化铝投加量和pH值对高氯酸盐吸附效率的影响试验,以及氢氧化铝的重复利用性能研究。试验结果表明:水热氧化制备的氢氧化铝能够快速吸附反应液中的高氯酸根,投加量对高氯酸根吸附影响为正相关。pH=4.5条件下,35 g·L^(-1)的制备氢氧化铝在3 h内的高氯酸根吸附率为73%;在pH=4.5条件下,制备氢氧化铝在对高氯酸根的连续三次重复吸附试验中保持着良好的吸附效率,具有较好的重复利用性。此外,制备氢氧化铝对高氯酸根的吸附性能取决于溶液的pH值,吸附率随pH值的升高而降低,在pH=3,制备氢氧化铝投加量50 g·L^(-1)时,高氯酸根吸附率达到93%。氢氧化铝对高氯酸根的主要吸附机制为氢氧化铝正电表面通过静电作用与高氯酸根形成离子对。In order to examine the adsorptive property of perchlorate by aluminum hydroxide synthesized through hydrothermal oxidation process,the influence of pH and aluminum hydroxide dosage on the adsorption efficiency was studied,as well as the experiment of reuse of aluminum hydroxide.The results showed that synthesized alumi-num hydroxide could quickly adsorp perchlorate,the adsorption percentage increased when the dosage increased and73%of perchlorate was adsorbed within3hours in the presence of35g?L1aluminum hydroxide at pH4.5.The synthesized aluminum hydroxide kept good efficiency during the three repetitive cycles of adsorption which indi-cated its good repetitive use capacity at pH4.5.The perchlorate adsorptive property by synthesized aluminum hy-droxide was highly dependent on the solution pH and the adsorption percentage decreased with the increasing pH.The perchlorate adsorbed accounted for93%of total amount of perchlorate in the presence of50g?L1synthesized aluminum hydroxide at pH3.The main removal mechanism can be attributed to the ion-pair formation by electro-static interactions at the aluminum hydroxide positively charged surface.
