氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法:收治高血压合并冠心病患者34例,随机分为两组。对照组给予氨氯地平治疗,试验组给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,比较两组血压、血脂及不良反应。结果:治疗3个月后,试验组舒张压、收缩压均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,试验组TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C等血脂指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间未出现严重不良反应。结论:氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病疗效确切,且安全性高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease.Methods:34 cases of patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with amlodipine.The experiment group was treated with amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets.The blood pressure,blood lipids and adverse reactions between groups were compared.Results:After three months of treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the experiment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After three months of treatment,the TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and other blood lipid indexes in the experiment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no serious adversereaction in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion:Amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease had definite curative effect and high safety.
