摘　　要：目的:探讨血肿清除加侧脑室外引流治疗高血压病脑出血并破入脑室诊疗体会。方法:收治高血压病脑出血并破入脑室患者16例,采用血肿清除加侧脑室外引流治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:成活14例,成活率87%。结论:血肿清除加侧脑室外引流治疗高血压病脑出血并破入脑室的效果显著。Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment experience of hematoma removal plus lateral ventricular drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage breaking into the ventricles of the brain.Methods:16 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage breaking into the ventricles of the brain were selected.They were treated with hematoma removal plus lateral ventricular drainage.We observed the therapeutic effect.Results:14 cases were survival,and the survival rate was 87%.Conclusion:The effect of hematoma removal plus lateral ventricular drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage breaking into the ventricles of the brain was significant.
